With gala-dinners, delicacies from our carving trolley, hors d'oeuvres buffets, fish buffets, farm buffets, Italian buffets, dessert buffets and other surprises, the weekly gastronomic programme fits harmoniously into the unique ambience.

Furthermore, our Vital Menu will be a treat, not only for our health-conscious guests. Its dishes have been specially created with our nutritionist and are low in carbohydrate and fat.

To meet the style and the tradition of our exquisite hotel, our guests appear elegantly dressed for dinner (jacket - also dark suit - for the gentlemen).

In February 2008, the Grand Restaurant was awarded the prize 2nd Best Half Board Restaurant of Switzerland, out of the 100 restaurants tested. Apart from the cuisine, also ambience and service were evaluated.
