In and around St. Moritz, comfortable aerial cableways (including Piz Nair, Corvatsch and Diavolezza) access three 3'000 m peaks and many other famous vantage peaks such as the Corviglia, Signal and Muottas Muragl.

13 rail and cableways take you to the 3,000 metre peaks in comfort.

On 320 days a year the sun travels across the Upper Engadine, transforming the Lakeland plateau, side valleys and mountain slopes into a poetic interplay of light and shade. 580 kilometres of hiking trails stretch over the region and invite to stroll, walk, hike and tour. Whatever your heart desires you will find a different path to happiness.

Famous vantage peaks such as Corviglia, Signal and Muottas Muragl are starting points for numerous panoramic hikes that are unique in splendour and density, with many cosy mountain restaurants offering the chance to take a break and savour delicious regional specialities. In addition to almost unlimited independent hiking, St. Moritz and its neighbouring resorts offer guided excursions on special themes such as geology and botany as well as glacier and mountain tours.
