Inspired by French haute cuisine, he is constantly preparing new surprises and satisfies every desire with his refined and varied creations. Careful preparation and selected ingredients give his delicacies the final touch.

Hans Nussbaumer is supported by Bernadette Lisibach since December 2009. She became the new chef at the gourmet restaurant "the K" in the Kulm Hotel. The new menu at "the K" carries the Lisibach signature, which concentrates on the classical French cuisine with a light and modern interpretation.
