Additional Information Summer

All rates are quoted in Swiss Francs and include local taxes, service and VAT. Our room rates include the use of all hotel facilities during the official opening hours (sauna, indoor swimming pool, steam bath and fitness area).
In order to facilitate the comparison of rates within Europe we also quoted all rates in EURO. Those rates will be adjusted according to the actual daily exchange rate on your day of departure. We reserve all rights to change our rates without prior notice in case of alterations of VAT.

Without other written consent:

• on the day of arrival, your room is available from 3 p.m., or earlier if possible
• on the day of departure, you are kindly requested to have made your room available by 12 p.m.
• rooms will be allocated according availability within the confirmed room category

• The reservation will first be definite with an advance payment or a payment with credit card.
• The mode of advance payment is entirely up to the hotel.
• The hotel is entitled to charge 50% of the expected total amount for advance payment after conclusion of the contract. Our bank account is Credit Suisse St. Moritz, No 252300-01-35.  The swift code is CRESCHZZ75A and the IBAN CH86 0483 5025 2300 01035.
• For group reservations, the advance payment is to be made until 90 days prior to arrival and for individual reservations it is to be made until 20 days prior arrival.
• If the advance payment does not arrive in time at the bank account of the hotel, it is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
• In case of act of god, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

Article 160, Swiss obligation Law, penalty for non-fulfilment of a contact

• A confirmed reservation can be cancelled without charge up to 11 days in advance.
• Between 6 and 10 days in advance – subject to cancellation fee of 50% of the gross confirmed room rate / half-board /arrangement, but for no more than 3 days. The cancellation fee for a package deal is 50% of the total confirmed price.
• Cancellations 5 days or less in advance counts as “no show” meaning that you will be charged the full price (100% of the gross confirmed room rate / half-board / arrangement) for the days actually booked. The cancellation fee for a package deal is 100% of the total confirmed price.
• Changes for double or single using will be disregarded unless you inform us of the change in writing at least 5 days in advance. If booked double rooms are still be occupied by only one person, you will be charged the confirmed price.
• Premature departure and / or late arrival counts as “no show”, meaning that you will be charged the full price, unless you inform us of the change in writing at least 5 days in advance.
• Cancellations or changes of reservation must be made in writing.
• Any disputes shall be made in Pontresina and in accordance with Swiss law.
