What should you be aware of?
In order to respond to your personal needs, we kindly ask you to inform our spa therapist about specific problem zones, painful areas, injuries and any health-relevant factors. Do you suffer from hypertension, diabetes or heart disease? Have you recently undergone surgery, are you pregnant or under medication? Do you have a cold, headache, flu or allergies? Such information is relevant for us in order to apply the correct treatment and prevent the aggravation of any existing problems.
Who will help me out with the choice of the appropriate treatment?
Our spa team is here for you. We look forward to advising and setting up an individual programme for you.
Is there an age limit?
Treatments are available for persons aged 14 or more.
How can I book a treatment?
We advise that you book your treatments prior to arrival with hotel reservations. This will ensure availability of your desired time and your requested therapist. On-site reservations depend on availability.
How can I cancel or postpone my appointment?
At Kronenhof Spa, we have reserved your appointment especially for you. If you must cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to do so 24 hours in advance. When should I arrive and what should I wear?
We kindly ask you to arrive at the Spa 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time so that the schedule for following guests remains on time. For your comfort we recommend that you wear a bathrobe. Disposable briefs are available.
