Tanja Grandits @ Kulm Hotel

Experience the very personal handwriting of Tanja Grandits, head chef of the Stucki restaurant in Basel. The subtle use of flowers, leaves and colors is characteristic of her style, which has been awarded two Michelin stars. Food such as nutli salad with yoghurt ravioli and horseradish broth are elegant and fresh in their design, the combination of flavors skillful. In no way do you feel overwhelmed, the creations are never overloaded.


Mitja Birlo @ Kronenhof

The head chef of the restaurant 7132 Silver in Vals, recently awarded the title of Chef of the Year 2022 by GaultMillau, bakes his bread with fermented potatoes with unfiltered spring water. But on his plates there is also space for lobster from Brittany, yellow-tailed mackerel from Denmark or top-quality beef of the A5 marbling level from the Kobe area in Japan. Culinary tension arises from the interaction between near and far.
