From 26 to 29 August, Kronenstübli welcomes Julian Stieger, head chef of Rote Wand Chef's Table in Lech, for four nights as part of the summer edition of the St. Moritz Gourmet Festival.
With two Michelin stars, Stieger's cooking is rooted in the Arlberg's wild herbs, game, and produce from the surrounding valleys, composed with a precision shaped by his years at Geranium in Copenhagen and Eleven Madison Park in New York. From the Arlberg to the Engadin, bridged by Stieger's culinary language.
