From 7.00 h: tea and fruits in the Spa

7.30h to 9.00 h: yoga & wake-up meditation

From 9.00 h: individual breakfast - free time

16.30 h to 18.00 h: yin yoga & meditation

From 19.00 h onwards: dinner

Saturday

7.30 h: Silent hike to the Stazersee (meeting point of the lobby)

(short tea / fruit picnic from the backpack Stazersee)

From approx. 9.30 h / 10.00 h: individual breakfast - free time

16.30 h to 18.00 h: yin yoga & meditation

From 19.00 h: individual dinner

Sunday

From 7:00 h: tea & fruits in the spa

7.30 h to 9.00 h: yoga & wake-up meditation

From 9.00 h: individual breakfast departure
