Grand Restaurant
In this stately nineteenth-century dining room, a neo-baroque vaulted ceiling meets the wall and ceiling paintings of Bernese artist Otto Haberer, known as Switzerland’s “hotel painter.” The setting frames a menu that combines Swiss specialties with international creations. Alongside, a considered wine list that matches its festive surroundings.
