Dining in unusual locations
The Veltliner wine cellar was first established by Lorenz Gredig in 1867 with a rustic wine barrel collection. Today, the cellar is a place appreciated for its special atmosphere and beauty as much as for its contents.. Now open to guests with a choice of settings on three different levels, the cellar makes a perfect venue for many events, tastings, and celebrations of a special kind.
Party, bowl, enjoy. In that order or in any way that pleases you. Your private celebration becomes a unique and memorable experience in the bowling alley. The Swiss specialties such as the traditional Fondue Chinoise and savoury Raclette on the menu here are ideal for groups of friends or families. The bowling alley is also available for outside guests and can be booked in conjunction with a meal for eight people.

Berghütte Bernina (Summer only)
Our rustic alpine hut gives you a taste of the simple alpine life. Here at this beautiful spot near the Berninapass you can enjoy a generous brunch or picnic on a fine day, surrounded by mountains and glaciers.
This venue is available on request in summer for private use for 10 to 30 people.

Private Chef's Table
Take a tour behind the scenes and dine where the action is at our sister hotel Kulm St. Moritz. Allow our sommelier to guide you through the wine cellar and serve you an aperitif before you see the chef and his team at work.
